C10300 Low Phosphorus Oxygen-free Copper

Material Characteristics:

Good anti-stress relaxation properties (150℃/1000h stress retention rate ≥90%).

Composition: Cu matrix + trace P (0.015%-0.04%), may contain a small amount of Sn or Zn.

Properties:

Process: balanced strength and conductivity by cold rolling + aging treatment (e.g. HCP process).

Application Scenario:

Automotive battery management system (BMS) current shunt.

3. SE-Cu57 copper alloy

Conductivity about 15-20% IACS, tensile strength 400-500 MPa, hardness ≥ 120 HB.

Composition: Cu about 57%, the balance is mainly Zn (possibly brass type alloys), or refers to specific added elements (e.g. Sn, Fe).
