Our factory
Our copper products factory operates a fully integrated, modern production line from raw material to finished product. Through medium-frequency melting and continuous casting/rolling units, we ensure excellent purity and microstructural properties of the copper material from the source. Utilizing precision cold rolling mills, continuous extrusion, and drawing equipment, we stably produce plates, strips, tubes, rods, and wires in various specifications, with strict control over dimensional accuracy and surface quality. To meet deep-processing needs, we are equipped with multi-axis CNC machining centers and automated finishing equipment, capable of efficiently manufacturing precision customized copper components. The entire production process is supported by a professional team and a rigorous quality management system, dedicated to providing global clients with high-performance, high-reliability copper and copper alloy solutions.
Product packaging
We provide professional industrial-grade packaging solutions for our copper products: plates and strips are separated with anti-rust paper and secured in sturdy wooden crates; tubes and rods are sealed with waterproof stretch film and fitted with end caps to prevent impact damage and moisture ingress; wires are neatly wound onto custom-designed reels to prevent deformation during transit. All packages include clear product identification, specification labels, and moisture/fragile warning indicators, and can be customized with customer-required shipping marks. Leveraging our established global logistics network, we ensure every shipment arrives safely and punctually at ports or factories worldwide.
