C16200 is a special copper alloy, often referred to as zirconium bronze or cadmium bronze, and the following describes the material from different aspects:
Chemical composition
Range of elemental content: C16200 copper alloy contains a relatively high percentage of copper, with a copper content of 95%, and its impurity content is relatively low, such as the impurity content of some products is 0.03%, and there are also impurity content of 0.01%. In addition, it also contains aluminum (Al:0.15), iron (Fe:0.15), lead (Pb:0.005), beryllium (Be:1.6 - 1.85), nickel (Ni:0.2 - 0.4), silicon (Si:0.15) and other elements.

Physical Properties
Electrical and thermal conductivity: high electrical and thermal conductivity, its electrical conductivity up to 140% IACS.
Softening temperature: Softening temperature is about 1200℃.
Processing and Use Properties
Wear resistance and friction reduction: with good wear resistance and friction reduction, it can be used to manufacture wear-resistant components.
Corrosion resistance: good corrosion resistance, can be used in some corrosive environment, such as liusuan and yan acid environment.
Pressure processing performance: good pressure processing performance, can well withstand cold and hot pressure processing.
Other properties: also has stamping, heat resistance, plating, stress relaxation, solder weathering, bending processing and other characteristics.
Scope of application
Electrical and electronic fields: used as resistance welding materials and highly conductive, high-strength electrode materials, such as the working temperature of 350 ℃ below the motor rectifier piece, switch parts, wire, spot welding electrodes. It is also suitable for electrical and mechanical materials, widely used in clocks, meters and other parts.
Industrial field: it can be used in the nuclear industry to manufacture equipment for uranium refining and isotope separation; in power plants, it can be used in seamless water pipelines, steam pipes, seawater exchangers and evaporators, etc.; it can be used in seawater-using equipment, such as pump shafts and propellers.
Other fields: it can be used in the manufacture of parts such as sanitary ware, bolts, nuts, valve tips and lighter cores.
