1. System design and installation specifications
(1) It is recommended to install more than 40 mesh filters to prevent solid particles from being deposited.
(2) Dissimilar metal connections must be used when the insulating gasket to avoid galvanic corrosion
(3) Piping slope should be maintained ≥ 0.3% to ensure thorough drainage.



2. Operation and maintenance requirements
(1) Monthly detection of the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water, the temperature difference of more than 15% of the design value should be cleaned
(2) It is recommended to use pH value of 7-8.5 softened water as the media
(3) Chemical cleaning prohibit cleaning agents containing sulfur and ammonia components.
3. Performance monitoring standards
(1) Quarterly measurement of pipe wall thickness, the annual thinning amount of > 0.1mm need to be early warning
(2) regular eddy current testing, found that ≥ 10% wall thickness defects should be replaced
(3) heat transfer coefficient drop of more than 20% need to carry out professional maintenance
