C120 Copper Composition
UNS C12000 is composed of 99% copper with small amounts of iron (0.4%) and manganese (0.2%). The mechanical properties are excellent; the tensile strength ranges from 25 ksi to 35 ksi, and the yield strength ranges from 15 ksi to 25 ksi after cold working. The electrical conductivity is relatively high at 17-21% IACS.
