Q: Can you guarantee the flatness of thick C10100 plates for CNC machining?
A: Yes. We source our plates from mills that utilize precision stretch-leveling. If your application requires ultra-tight flatness tolerances (e.g., for direct mounting of heat sinks), please specify this in your RFQ, and we will select and verify the material accordingly.

 

Q: Will the cutting process affect the 100% IACS conductivity?
A: Not when processed correctly. For thick plates, we strictly use abrasive waterjet or band saw cutting. Because no excessive heat is applied, the electrical conductivity and material temper remain completely unchanged.
