C10100, widely known as Oxygen-Free Electronic (OFE) Copper or CDA 101, represents the highest purity grade of copper commercially available. With a guaranteed minimum copper content of 99.99% and oxygen levels strictly controlled to below 0.0005% (5 ppm), it is specifically smelted and cast under vacuum or reducing atmospheres to prevent contamination.

100% Immune to Hydrogen Embrittlement
Standard copper contains microscopic oxygen. When heated in a reducing (hydrogen-rich) atmosphere, it reacts to form water vapor, causing internal cracking and failure. C10100 is completely oxygen-free, meaning it can be safely subjected to high-temperature brazing, welding, and glass-to-metal sealing without losing structural integrity.
