【Production process
Vacuum melting + continuous casting process is adopted to form a uniform α single-phase organization through precise control of zinc element ratio (14.5-15.5%), combined with multi-pass cold rolling and intermediate annealing treatment. The finished products are acid washed and passivated, and the surface roughness can be up to Ra0.8μm or less to meet the demand of precision processing.
