C11000 is named for its purple red color. Red copper is industrial pure copper, with a melting point of 1083*c, no isomeric transformation, and a relative density of 8.9, five times that of magnesium. It is about 15% heavier than ordinary steel. It is rose red and purple after the formation of oxide film on the surface, so it is generally called red copper. It is copper containing a certain amount of oxygen, so it is also called oxycopper. C11000 has good conductivity, heat conduction, corrosion resistance and processability, and can be welded and brazed. It contains less impurities that reduce conductivity and thermal conductivity, and a small amount of oxygen has little effect on conductivity, thermal conductivity, processing and other properties, but it is easy to cause "hydrogen disease", and it is not suitable for processing (annealing, welding, etc.) and use in high temperature (such as >370*c) reducing atmosphere.
