Products Description

This Copper Grade C10100 Oxygen-Free Electronic Copper (OFE) is a 99.99 percent pure copper with a 0.0005 percent oxygen concentration. This copper is refined to its final form in a strictly controlled, oxygen-free atmosphere. Under high vacuum, C10100 OFE possesses strong ductility, electrical and thermal conductivity, and low volatility. Grade C10100 Copper Pipes are made by directly converting chosen refined cathodes and castings under carefully regulated circumstances to avoid contamination of the pure oxygen-free metal during production. To prevent the deformation or breaking of these Copper Pipes Grade C10100 machining or cold working, copper may need to be stress relieved.
