Copper Type K L M Pipe Size PDF
Products Description
C10100 high-conductivity copper is a copper alloy characterized by its ultra-high purity, belonging to the category of oxygen-free copper for electrical applications in international standards. Its chemical composition, physical properties, and processing characteristics make it a key basic material in high-end fields such as electronics, power, and vacuum technology.
Typical Physical Properties of C10100 Copper:
Conductivity ≥101% IACS (Annealed Copper Standard), thermal conductivity as high as 391 W/(m·K), softening temperature approximately 200°C. Its annealed tensile strength is 200-250 MPa, and its elongation can reach over 45%. It is easy to cold or hot work and is suitable for processes such as wire drawing, stamping, and forging. Furthermore, its oxygen-free nature allows it to maintain stability in high-temperature or vacuum environments, making it less prone to hydrogen embrittlement or cracking.

Annealing: Typically performed at 370-650°C in an inert or reducing atmosphere to eliminate work hardening and restore ductility.
Cold Working: Can be strengthened by drawing, rolling, etc., but this reduces ductility.
Welding: Suitable for TIG, electron beam welding, etc., and must be performed under a protective atmosphere to prevent oxidation.
