With an aluminum content of 8% to 9%, it belongs to the family of high-strength, corrosion-resistant copper alloys. Thermal Stability: Can operate for long periods below 400°C, with a high-temperature strength loss rate of less than 10%.

Solution-Aging Strengthening:
Solution treatment: Water quenching at 900-950°C to obtain a supersaturated solid solution.
Aging treatment: Hold at 450-500°C for 4-6 hours to precipitate the β' strengthening phase.
Hot Working: Hot forging at 750-850°C to prevent aluminum oxidation and burning.
Cold Working: Cold rolling deformation of 30%-40% is permitted, and intermediate annealing (600-650°C) is required to eliminate work hardening.
