1. Manual Oxy-Acetylene Welding
Manual oxy-acetylene welding is a relatively common welding method and one of the most frequently used methods for welding brass tubing materials. This method requires the use of oxygen and acetylene for welding, melting the surface of the brass tubing material and adding metallic filler material. Manual oxy-acetylene welding is technically challenging and requires skilled welders to perform, but it achieves high-quality welds with excellent strength.
2. TIG Welding
TIG welding is an argon arc welding method that can be used to weld various metal materials, including copper tubing. This method uses a direct current arc in an inert gas environment for welding, requiring the addition of a tungsten electrode to the surface of the copper tubing and the use of copper alloy for filling. The advantages of TIG welding include an aesthetically pleasing weld appearance and high-quality welds, but the operational technical difficulty is relatively high.

III. MIG/MAG Welding
MIG/MAG welding is an automated welding method using metal inert gas protection, widely applied in the welding of copper tubing materials. This method uses copper alloy filler material, which is heated by the arc to fuse with the copper tubing material. The advantages of MIG/MAG welding include high welding speed and efficiency, but it is primarily suited for large-scale production.
IV. Laser Welding
Laser welding is a high-precision welding method that uses a high-energy laser beam to weld copper tubing materials together. This method offers advantages such as high weld quality, fast welding speed, minimal deformation, and a small heat-affected zone. However, the equipment is expensive and is suitable for high-end custom copper tubing products.
In summary, when welding copper tubing materials, it is necessary to select different welding methods based on actual conditions and strictly follow operational requirements. By using the correct welding method, the welding quality of copper tubing materials can be optimized to achieve the best results.
The company has a cluster of leading copper processing production lines in China, including:
German imported precision copper tube production line (annual output of 30,000 tons)
