C12000 Oxygen-free copper Details
1. Basic Overview
C12000 oxygen-free copper is a high-purity copper material, belonging to the American Society for Testing and Materials standards (ASTM) in the oxygen-free copper category. It is characterized by extremely low oxygen content (usually ≤0.0005%), as well as excellent electrical and thermal conductivity and processing performance, and is widely used in electrical and electronic, cable manufacturing and chemical equipment and other fields.

2. Composition and Standards
Main ingredients:
Copper (Cu): ≥99.95%, very high purity, very little impurity content.
Oxygen (O): ≤ 0.0005%, significantly lower than ordinary pure copper, but still slightly higher than the higher grade of oxygen-free copper (such as the oxygen content of the second oxygen-free copper ≤ 0.005%).
Other impurities: the total content is strictly controlled at a very low level, with very little residue of sulfur, phosphorus and other elements.
International standard comparison:
ASTM standard: C12000 (USA).
JIS standard: C1020 (Japan).
EN standard: CW008A (Europe).
