Chlorine ion corrosion resistance: adaptable to fluorine-containing refrigerants (such as R32, R410A), corrosion rate <0.01 mm/year (ASTM G59).

Processing performance:
Cold bending molding: minimum bending radius of 1.5D (D is the diameter of the pipe), no cracking (ASTM B743).

Refrigeration system:

Refrigerator evaporator coil: wall thickness 0.4-0.6 mm, low temperature (-40°C) impact resistance, life>10 years.
Heat pump and automobile air conditioning:
Heat pump condenser piping: high temperature (120°C) water-oxygen corrosion resistance, leakage rate <1×10-⁶ Pa-m³/s.
New energy vehicle refrigerant pipe: vibration fatigue resistance (10⁷ cycles without cracks).
Industrial refrigeration:

5. Processing and treatment guidelines
Molding process:
Cold-drawn tube: drawing speed 5-10 m/min, surface roughness Ra≤0.8 μm (ISO 4287).
Flaring/Flanging: no cracks at 30% flaring rate, suitable for quick-connect fittings (e.g. SAE J2196).
Welding process:
High frequency welding: frequency 300-450 kHz, welding temperature 950-1050°C, argon gas protection.
Brazing: silver-based brazing material (BAg-5), brazing temperature 650-750°C, joint strength ≥ 200 MPa.
Surface treatment:
