C70620,C71500 and C71640 are Copper-Nickel Alloy tube,copper nickel offers excellent corrosion resistance which widely uses for condenser and heat-exchangers, air coolers, Marine Industry and Nuclear Power etc.
C70600 (90-10 Cupronickel): The most common and economical copper-nickel alloy. It offers an excellent balance of good corrosion resistance in seawater, high thermal conductivity, and superior biofouling resistance. It is highly workable and the standard choice for general marine service.
C71500 (70-30 Cupronickel): A higher-performance alloy with significantly greater strength and superior resistance to erosion-corrosion and high-velocity seawater flow compared to C70600. It is more expensive but provides enhanced durability and longevity in demanding environments.
C71640 (66-30-2-2 Cupronickel / Alloy 722): A premium, high-strength variant of 70-30 cupronickel with additions of iron, manganese, and sometimes niobium. It achieves the highest strength and fatigue resistance among standard copper-nickels and offers the best erosion-corrosion resistance, especially in high-stress, high-flow, or sandy water conditions.

Choose C70600 (90-10) for standard, cost-sensitive applications in seawater, brackish water, or freshwater. It is ideal for condensers, heat exchanger tubes, and piping systems where general corrosion resistance, fouling resistance, and good thermal performance are the primary needs.
Choose C71500 (70-30) for more demanding, critical applications where higher corrosion resistance, especially against erosion and impingement in high-flow areas (e.g., pump impellers, tubing at inlet zones), is required. Its higher initial cost is justified for longer service life in severe conditions.
Choose C71640 (Alloy 722) for the most extreme conditions requiring maximum mechanical strength and erosion resistance. It is the top-tier choice for high-stress components like naval propeller shafts, high-pressure pump shafts, and critical seawater piping systems exposed to abrasive sand or high turbulence.

Pre-shipment inspection

We provide engineering-grade protective packaging for each and every product. Whether it's heavy copper tubes and plates, or precision rods, wires, and ultra-thin foils, we employ multi-layer composite protection: the inner layer uses scratch-resistant PE film and custom padding for physical isolation and cushioning; the middle layer is treated with moisture-proof sealing and includes desiccants; the outer layer utilizes reinforced wooden crates or high-strength waterproof wrapping film, depending on the shape and weight, for stabilization and protection. This ensures that the products withstand moisture, oxidation, and impact during long-distance sea or land transportation, arriving in perfect condition at your site. In terms of delivery, we commit to efficiency and reliability: standard specification products can be prepared and shipped within 7-15 working days, while customized products will also enter production scheduling promptly.
