High-Phosphorus Deoxidized Copper ASTM B111 DHPC12200 is an oxygen-free copper material produced through a phosphorus deoxidation process. Material Introduction

DHPC12200 is made from electrolytic copper. A trace amount of phosphorus (0.015%-0.040%) is added for deoxidation, significantly reducing the oxygen content (≤0.003%), preventing hydrogen embrittlement and improving the material's ductility and weldability.

 

Production Process

Melting: Electrolytic copper is smelted with a phosphorus-copper master alloy to control the phosphorus content.
