The main components of C21000 brass are copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn), with copper content ranging from 94.0% to 96.0% and zinc as the balance. It also contains trace amounts of iron (Fe≤0.05%), lead (Pb≤0.05%), nickel (Ni=0.5%), and other elements, with the total impurities not exceeding 0.3%. This composition design allows C21000 brass to maintain high strength while also possessing good electrical and thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Electrical Conductivity: ≥54% IACS (International Standard for Annealed Copper), with a conductivity up to 31.32 MS/m.

Thermal Conductivity: 234 W/(m·K), exhibiting excellent thermal conductivity.

Coefficient of Thermal Expansion: 18.0 × 10⁻⁶/K.

Elastic Modulus: 115 GPa.
