Copper tubing has multiple applications in the aerospace field.
In the hydraulic system of an airplane, copper tubing can be used to transmit hydraulic fluid. Because of its good corrosion resistance and excellent plasticity, copper tube can be bent into complex shapes, thus adapting to the compact spatial layout inside the airplane and ensuring the stable operation of the hydraulic system.

In heat exchange systems, copper tubing is an important material for heat exchangers. For example, in the air-conditioning system of an airplane, copper tubes can efficiently transfer heat and help regulate the temperature in the cabin, providing a comfortable environment for passengers and equipment. At the same time, its good thermal conductivity is also used in the heat sinks of some avionics equipment to ensure that the electronic components work at the right temperature.
