Copper tube process mainly includes the following steps:
1. Raw material preparation

4.Drawing

5. Annealing
Softening treatment: heating the copper tube to the recrystallization temperature to eliminate internal stress and improve plasticity.
6.Finishing
Straightening: Make the copper tube straight by straightening machine.
Cutting: Cut the copper tube to the required length according to the demand.
7.Surface treatment
Cleaning: Remove oxidized layer and oil on the surface.
Polishing: Enhance the surface finish.
Coating: Apply anti-oxidation or anti-corrosion layer as required.
8.Inspection and Packaging
Quality testing: size, surface, mechanical properties and other tests.
Packing: Qualified products are packed and ready for shipment.
9.Finished product storage
Storage: Packed copper tube into storage, waiting for shipment.
