Copper strip smelting area

The furnace master adds varying amounts of zinc blocks to the waste copper material according to the predetermined production goals to produce copper raw materials of different specifications.
The market value of zinc materials is 20000-25000 yuan/ton. The current capacity of the copper smelting furnace in our factory workshop is about 2 tons. Based on the calculation of 130 kilograms of copper bars per output, after removing 0.4 tons of inevitable waste residue from the furnace, about 8-9 complete copper bars can be produced in one furnace opening. Open a copper smelting furnace approximately every two hours, obtain copper blocks the size of two thumbs, and send them to the laboratory for further analysis of copper purity. Based on the purity analysis results and the predetermined purity control value of copper bars, the smelting master adds corresponding weights of copper and zinc materials to the copper furnace to produce the required qualified copper bars.
