C72600 Cupronickel is a copper-nickel alloy primarily composed of copper (Cu) and nickel (Ni), with minor amounts of iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn). Its typical composition is approximately 60%-70% copper, 25%-35% nickel, 0.5%-1.5% iron, and 0.5%-1.5% manganese. This alloy's precise composition ensures excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and processability.

1. Corrosion Resistance: It performs exceptionally well in seawater, acidic, and alkaline environments, with outstanding resistance to stress corrosion cracking, making it suitable for harsh working conditions.
2. Mechanical Properties: With a tensile strength of 450-600 MPa and an elongation of approximately 25%-35%, it combines high strength with good ductility, making it easily formable in both hot and cold working.
3. Thermal and Electrical Conductivity: With a conductivity of approximately 10%-15% of pure copper, it offers moderate thermal conductivity and is suitable for applications requiring both heat dissipation and corrosion resistance.
4. Weldability and Processability: It can be joined by brazing, welding, and other methods. After cold working, it can be restored to plasticity through annealing.
