90/10 Copper Nickel Pipe Main Features
Excellent seawater corrosion resistance:
This is the most prominent advantage of C70600. It can form a stable protective film in seawater, effectively resist pitting, crevice corrosion and galvanic corrosion, and maintain good corrosion resistance even in salty, oxygen-containing or velocity-changing seawater.
High erosion corrosion resistance:
Copper nickel alloy can withstand higher flow rates than other copper alloys, and the protective film it forms can also maintain toughness in high-speed water flow, effectively resisting erosion corrosion (or erosion-corrosion).
Good biofouling resistance:
Copper ions have a certain bactericidal effect, making it difficult for marine organisms to attach to the surface of C70600, reducing biofouling and maintaining heat exchange efficiency.
Medium strength:
It has good medium strength, enough to meet the needs of most pipeline and heat exchange applications.
Excellent weldability
The alloy has good welding performance and is suitable for various welding methods, including gas welding, arc welding, laser welding, etc., ensuring that welding operations can be easily carried out during manufacturing and maintenance.
Excellent thermal stability
C70600 copper nickel pipe maintains its physical and mechanical properties in high temperature environments and is suitable for working under high temperature conditions, such as in steam and heat exchange equipment.
