Our Copper Alloy C11000 Pipes are also resistant to non-oxidizing minerals such as hydrochloric and sulfuric acids; organic acids such as acetic acid, citric, and fatty acids; and acidic solutions containing sulfur, such as sulfurous acid and sulfite solutions. These Copper C11000 Pipes are considered to be resistant to stress corrosion cracking in ammonia and other similar environments that produce season cracking in brass and other copper alloys.
Copper C11000 Pipes are utilized in a variety of sectors, including pulp & paper, energy production, maritime and naval, automobile, petroleum and gas, aeronautical, and agricultural applications.

Physical and Mechanical Properties
Electrical/Thermal Conductivity: Electrical conductivity 93%~98% IACS (close to pure copper level), thermal conductivity approximately 385 W/(m·K), resistivity as low as 0.0203 Ω·mm²/m.
Mechanical Properties: Soft-state tensile strength 215~275 MPa, elongation ≥25%, hardness 55~100 HV; strength can be increased to over 300 MPa after cold working, fatigue limit reaches 105 MPa (10⁷ cycles).
Processing Characteristics: Cold bending forming yield ≥98%, capable of drawing ultra-fine wires with a diameter of 0.015mm, deep drawing limit ratio (LDR) up to 2.05, suitable for precision stamping, stretching, welding and other processes.
