B10 (C70600) is a copper-nickel alloy, corresponding to the nickel-nickel white copper grade BFe10-1-1 in China. The chemical composition of B10 copper-nickel alloy includes copper, nickel, tin, zinc, lead, phosphorus, iron, manganese, silicon, sulfur, and carbon. Copper is the remainder, with nickel and cobalt content ranging from 9.0% to 11.0%. The tin content is less than 0.03%, the zinc content is less than 0.3%, the lead content is less than 0.02%, the phosphorus content is less than 0.006%, the iron content is 1.0% to 1.5%, the manganese content is 0.5% to 1.0%, the silicon content is less than 0.15%, the sulfur content is less than 0.01%, and the carbon content is less than 0.05%.

The heat treatment specifications for B10 copper-nickel alloy include casting temperature, annealing temperature, hot working temperature, and low-temperature annealing temperature for stress relief. The heat treatment specifications for B10 copper-nickel alloy are: casting temperature of 1330-1350°C, annealing temperature of 780-810°C, hot working temperature for extrusion of 900-960°C, and low-temperature annealing temperature for stress relief of 250-300°C.

 

B10 copper-nickel alloy features high electrical and thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, moderate strength, and easy machinability. B10 copper-nickel alloy is primarily used in key industrial sectors such as desalination evaporator tubes, central air conditioning condensers, marine air coolers, petrochemical coolers, and power plant turbine condensers. In addition, B10 copper-nickel alloy is also suitable for manufacturing elastic components, wear-resistant parts, corrosion-resistant parts, and anti-magnetic parts.
