C68700 Aluminum Brass Tube PDF
Products Description
GNEE, a leading exporter of heat exchanger tubes with over 19 years of experience and operations in more than 80 countries worldwide, is proud to introduce its C68700 seamless copper alloy tubes. Our tubes are manufactured strictly according to ASTM B111 standards and are SGS certified, ensuring superior quality and reliability.
These tubes are designed for demanding heat exchanger applications, offering excellent corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity, and outstanding durability. GNEE focuses on precision manufacturing, and its copper alloy tubes are trusted by industries worldwide.
Material Properties
**Superior Seawater Corrosion Resistance:** A core advantage. The dense aluminum oxide film provides strong protection, resulting in excellent performance in seawater, brackish water, and marine atmospheric environments, with good resistance to erosion corrosion.
**Excellent Biofouling Resistance:** The slow release of copper ions effectively inhibits the adhesion and growth of marine organisms (such as barnacles and algae) on the inner walls of pipes and equipment, reducing maintenance requirements and maintaining heat exchange efficiency.
**Good Resistance to Zinc Dezincification:** The addition of trace amounts of arsenic (As) or tin (Sn) effectively inhibits the selective dissolution of zinc, improving durability in stagnant or brackish water environments prone to zinc dezincification.
**High Strength and Hardness:** The solid solution strengthening effect of aluminum makes its strength significantly higher than that of ordinary brass (such as Admiralty), and even higher strength (H04, H06) can be achieved through cold working.
**Excellent Thermal Conductivity:** Superior thermal conductivity compared to stainless steel and titanium alloys, making it one of the ideal materials for manufacturing high-efficiency heat exchanger tubes.
