Our factory
Our production facility is equipped with advanced Upcast continuous casting lines and high-precision planetary rolling mills, ensuring the superior purity and consistent grain structure of our copper products from the very beginning. We utilize fully automated drawing and annealing machinery to guarantee precise dimensions and uniform temper (soft/hard) according to ASTM and EN standards.
Quality is our top priority. Our in-house laboratory features OES optical emission spectrometers for material purity analysis and high-precision tensile testers for mechanical properties. For our ACR copper tubes, we implement 100% in-line Eddy Current Testing to detect any microscopic flaws, alongside strict nitrogen-purged cleaning processes to ensure the inner surface meets the highest cleanliness requirements.
