Production process of TU1 copper water pipe:
1. 3. rolling: the billet after continuous casting is rolled into different specifications of copper pipe through rolling mill. According to different uses and requirements, you can choose different rolling process and specifications.
4. annealing: after rolling the copper tube needs to be annealed to eliminate internal stress, improve the organization and performance. Annealing process includes recrystallization annealing and stress relief annealing.
