Preparation process of TU2 oxygen-free copper tube：
1. Melting: Electrolytic copper with a purity of 99.9% or more is used as raw material, which is added to the melting furnace and heated to 1300℃ or more to melt into copper liquid. In the melting process, it is necessary to add covering agent to prevent oxidation and remove gas and impurities.
2. Continuous casting: the molten copper liquid is poured into the crystallizer, after cooling to get the slab or billet.
3. Rolling: the slab or billet after continuous casting is rolled and processed into the required shape of pipes and sets. According to the different product specifications and uses, the need for multiple rolling and annealing.
4. Annealing: in the rolling process, in order to improve the mechanical properties and processing properties of the material, the need for annealing treatment. Annealing temperature is generally about 600 ℃, time according to product specifications. After annealing, rapid cooling is required to maintain the properties of the material.
5. Finishing: Finishing of rolled and annealed tubes and sets of material, remove surface defects and burrs, and quality inspection. Qualified tubes and sleeves should meet the requirements of relevant standards.
