C93200 is also known as high lead corrosion resistant bronze alloy, most commonly used as bearing bronze, with excellent processing properties, high hardness, strength and wear resistance for bronze alloys. In addition, it also exhibits excellent anti-friction properties. Due to the high copper content, this bronze alloy is not prone to dezincification corrosion and can be classified as a DZR bronze alloy. This copper-lead-tin bronze has good corrosion resistance in seawater and saltwater conditions.
This bearing bronze is ideal for pump and valve components. C93200 bronze is suitable for bearings, bushings with moderate loads and speeds and adequate lubrication.
Due to the absence of silicon and aluminum, this copper-tin bronze alloy is neither a silicon bronze nor an aluminum bronze.
