The F15/F30 Series Flanged Ball Valves are used in nearly every industry around the world. The F15/F30 Series Flanged Ball Valves are available with a variety of optional trims and configurations, including resilient seats, metal seats, and V-ball control trims. The F15/F30 Series features a flexible design, rugged flanged ball valve design, and provides excellent value and reliable operation in a wide range of service conditions.
The F15/F30 Series Flanged Ball Valves are engineered to ensure bubble-tight shutoff and low operating torque. ½" – 2" sizes feature Flow-Tek's Smart Stem Technology and integrated live-loaded packing. The 2 ½" – 12" valves feature a separate packing gland that allows for easy adjustment without removing mounting hardware or the operator. The contour of the packing gland distributes the load evenly across the packing. Live-loaded packing is self-adjusting due to its Belleville gasket, compensating for environmental changes and wear, ensuring maintenance-free operation and long cycle life. Larger size valves feature trunnion-type ball bearings to reduce operating torque.
All resilient seat materials ensure bi-directional, bubble-tight sealing, with relief grooves on the seat OD to relieve pressure from the upstream seat in the event of abnormal conditions (such as trapped gas in the valve body), and positive preload to ensure low-pressure/vacuum sealing capabilities.
Non-fireproof and API 607 Fireproof Valves:
F15/F30 Series valves are available with non-fireproof and standard stem seals, or with API 607 fireproof standards and graphite stem seals.
Secure Installation
RF15/RF30 Series valves are easily automated with an integrally cast actuator mounting pad that complies with ISO 5211 standards for 2-inch valve sizes.
