The manufacture of copper tube heat exchangers is a delicate and complex process. According to specific process requirements and performance indicators, key parameters such as heat exchange area, design pressure, design temperature, fluid type and flow rate are calculated. The heat exchanger uses copper tubes as heat exchange elements. Stainless steel coils have a tendency to crack during the bending process. On the other hand, there is bending stress inside the tube after bending. At a working temperature of 40°C to 60°C, stress corrosion is very likely to occur due to the effect of chloride ions in water, causing irreparable cracks. The welding parts of stainless steel coils are more seriously corroded due to the superposition of welding thermal stress and cold bending stress, but copper tubes do not have these problems.
