1. Melting point: Depending on the nickel content in this alloy, the melting point of C71500 copper water pipe is between 1170℃ and 1240℃. In order to ensure the stability and homogeneity of the alloy components, the melting temperature must be strictly controlled.
2. Heat treatment temperature: In order to improve the comprehensive performance of C71500 thin-walled copper water pipe, appropriate heat treatment must be carried out. Generally speaking, the appropriate heat treatment temperature is between 650℃ and 750℃, depending on the requirements of the product and the size of the product.
3. Welding temperature: When welding is performed, the melting point of the alloy must be taken into account. To ensure welding quality and process stability, it is recommended that the welding temperature be controlled within 80% to 90% of its melting point.
