The machinability rate of UNS C94300 copper alloy is 80.

Welding

UNS C94300 copper alloy can be welded using soldering and brazing processes. Carbon arc welding, oxyacetylene welding, coated metal arc welding, and gas shielded arc welding techniques are not recommended for welding this alloy.

Heat Treatment

UNS C94300 copper alloy can be stress relieved at 260°C (500°F). The time taken for stress relieving is about 1 hr/ in. of section thickness. It does not respond to heat treatment.

Applications

UNS C94300 copper alloy can be used in high-speed bearings for light loads.
