Physical and Chemical Properties
Electrical/thermal conductivity: Electrical conductivity is about 45%~50% of pure copper, better than high zinc brass (e.g. C2600), suitable for electronic components heat dissipation scenario.
Ductility: excellent cold working performance, can be molded by cold rolling, cold drawing and other processes.
Corrosion resistance: good corrosion resistance in atmosphere, fresh water and non-oxidizing acids, but need to be used with caution in sulfur-containing or chloride-containing environments.
Mechanical properties: tensile strength of about 300~400 MPa, moderate hardness, annealed state hardness of about HV 70~90.
