The content of these impurities is strictly controlled to ensure the high electrical and thermal conductivity of the material. Physical properties include a density of 8.96 g/cm³, a melting point of 1083.4°C, a thermal conductivity of 401 W/(m-K) @ 20°C, and an electrical conductivity of 58 MS/m @ 20°C.
