TP2 Copper Pipe For Heat Exchange Systems
The manufacturing process of TP2 phosphorus deoxidized copper tube mainly includes melting, casting, rolling, drawing and other processes. Specific process flow is as follows:
1. Smelting: the copper ore or scrap copper material is smelted to get a higher purity of copper liquid.
2. Casting: pour the copper liquid into the mold, after cooling and solidification to get the copper ingot.
3. Rolling: The copper ingot is heated to a certain temperature and then rolled through a rolling mill to obtain a certain thickness and width of the copper plate.
4. Drawing: The copper billet is drawn several times to gradually reduce its thickness and diameter, and finally get the required TP2 phosphorus deoxidized copper tube.
